Standard Shipping £1.99. Dispatched within 2 working days, delivery within 3-5 working days.
Next Day Dispatch £4.99 (Free on orders £40 and over). Dispatched within 1 working day if ordered before 6pm. Delivery within 1 working day.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
KIKI KOSMETICS Refund Policy - Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
If you wish to return your order please notify KIKI KOSMETICS by Email at info@kikikosmetics.com.
If you do not have your dispatch note or invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number, and reason for return.
If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged, please return the items within 14 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, KIKI KOSMETICS will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item once we are notified of the error.
